Boom light

Our boom light allows you to cast light from above or behind a subject. Boom lights are used to give more definition to the outline of a subject, visually separating it from the background. Portrait phtographers often call this a "hairlight" or "shoulder light".
The light head can easily be moved from the boom arm to the top of the light stand as required.

6' light stand

30"-60" boom arm (extends up to about 36" from center of light stand)

Adjustable clamp

5" reflector and 15 watt daylight balanced bulb

For improved stability, the use of a sand bag is strongly recommended.
